Craig Bonder, Managing Director
Craig Bonder is a Managing Director and Head of ILS Trading at Beech Hill Securities. As part of his role as at Beech Hill, Mr. Bonder is responsible for a market leading Insurance Linked Securities trading desk. He has extensive experience in analyzing, sourcing, and trading a wide array of fixed income, cash and derivative products within the institutional investor markets. Previously, Mr. Bonder worked at AK Capital as a Managing Director leading the ILS trading desk and at Rochdale Securities as Co-Head of Fixed Income Trading. Mr. Bonder
was responsible for all of Rochdale Fixed Income trading activities in such products as CDOs, RMBS, ABS, and ILS. Prior to that, Mr. Bonder worked at Rabobank International where he served as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Executive Director. Mr. Bonder led Rabobank’s efforts in the Synthetic and Hybrid ABS arena serving as the Portfolio Manager for many of Rabobank’s CDOs and innovative Asset-Backed Conduit platforms. Also, he worked for the firm as a trader on the USD and Euro money markets desk. Mr. Bonder has a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Mr. Bonder resides in New York City with his wife and two young boys. He can be found on weekends on ball fields and attending local sporting events with his family. Mr. Bonder is also an avid runner having run numerous marathons over the years.
